You're welcome to browse, read, take the Innovation Score, and get in touch. In return, don't scrape the site, misrepresent it, hammer it with automated traffic, submit forms with someone else's details, or try to break it. That's the whole ask.
The V1 name, the wordmark, the green dot, the writing, the assessment questions, and the design of this site are ours. Don't reuse them without asking. Client names and their marks belong to those clients and appear here to describe work we've done, not to suggest they endorse anything else on this site.
Anything you send us through a form or by email stays yours. By sending it, you're letting us read it and use it to respond to you and assess the opportunity, nothing more. Don't send us confidential material through the website; if we get to the point of exchanging anything sensitive, we'll put a proper agreement in place first.
The score is a self-assessment built on our experience of where corporate innovation stalls. It's an honest indication, not professional advice, a benchmark study, or a promise about your business's performance. It's yours to use as you see fit, and decisions you make off the back of it are yours.
Applying for the audit is a request, not a booking. Whether we run one, and how it's shaped, is agreed between us before anything starts, and any audit or build work we do together is governed by its own engagement terms, which take precedence over this page for that work.
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep everything accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be perfect, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and to the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from decisions made solely on the basis of what you read here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Where we link out, including event pages, press, and LinkedIn, those sites are run by other people under their own terms. A link isn't an endorsement of everything on the other end.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top is always current, and continuing to use the site means you're okay with the latest version.
